While Shuji (left) was ready to give up all his plans of returning back to the underworld, Yuuya still had doubts as to whether their relationship would last. The last few years had been very hard for both of them; Yuuya having lost everything from the War and currently trying to avoid his soul from being devoured by a devil, making it very difficult for them to put aside some time even for a chat. All the same Shuji saw no real reason Yuuya should treat him this way, wondering why couldn't the older male take his own feelings seriously for once. It pained him whenever Yuuya dodged these questions as immature and a waste of time, often leading to pointless arguments in which Shuji kept stressing the fact that he loved Yuuya even if it meant getting only pain in return.

Shuji's love was sincere yet he had no one to prove it to. But he will keep on trying.
